Costumes
Although spring may seem a long way off, for dance teachers and costume companies it comes all too soon. Costume companies have a deadline on all orders to assure a timely delivery AND costumes are all made to order only. Therefore, costumes for our performance MUST be ordered by the middle of November to ensure a timely delivery.  
All dancers will be measured for their costumes in class from Oct 1- 14, 2025. Please be sure that your dancer is present during this time and in proper studio dancewear in order to be measured accurately. If your dancer is not present please stop at the front desk immediately before your next class to be measured.
We will be choosing costumes from the most reputable companies with the best merchandise, customer service and on time delivery. In addition, our staff will select costumes that are age appropriate for all dancers in each class, and fit with our choreography. Although we do add several inches to allow for growth, every costume company has a different set of sizing guidelines, so your child may, for example, measure in a medium child size costume for one company but a large child size for another. If your child’s measurements equal the costume company’s size equivalent but you/we are unhappy with the way the costume fits and wish to change the size, we will exchange the costume for the proper size.
All costumes and accessories will be distributed well in advance of our dress rehearsals with complete information regarding the performance. We will return with our costumes and a Parent to review Recital Protocol in mid April.
Although we will not begin actual choreography for our Spring Performance until approx. February 2026 and it is important that all dancers attend their classes on a regular basis unless they are ill. By being a participant in our performance, we ask that you do not miss any classes during April and May.
1. Full payment for costume/s is due no later than October 15.
2. Costume payments are non-refundable , even in the event that your child chooses not to participate in our performance after costume orders have been placed.
3. Payments may be made through the parent portal or at the studio Monday through Friday from 4:00-9:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00-1:00 PM. Or you may mail your payment to the studio at 3339 Rt. 94 Suite 10, Hamburg, NJ 07419
4. We will NOT order a costume for any dancer who has not made the costume payment by November 2, 2025.
5. There will be an additional fee of $15.00 for all costumes ordered after November 2.

- Costumes are ordered for each dancer, for each class, in mid November and include Capezio tights.
- Costume payments are DUE no later than November 2, 2025
- Pre-School Classes - $88
- All other Classes - $95

Class Show Assignments coming in Early Spring 2026
Dancers who take more than one class per week may perform in more than one show
Siblings may perform in different shows
Dress Rehearsals:
Dress Rehearsals are held at the Studio and SHS
Dress Rehearsals are held the week before the Dance Concerts
Each Class is scheduled for a slot to rehearse their dance
Every dancer is to wear their FULL Costume for Dress Rehearsal/s
Every dancer is to have their hair in bun (without bangs) for Dress Rehearsal and for all performances
Dress Rehearsal Schedule with specific times for each class is available by Late April/early May
Dance Concert/Recital Tickets:
Venues are GENERAL ADMISSION - Open Seating on a first come basis for each show
Dance Concert Tickets go on Sale - April 2026
Dancing Siblings can attend their siblings performance for Free (not applicable to Performance Co/Team Dancers)
Backstage/Chaperones:
All dancers remain back stage for the entire show and return to the stage for a Finale Bow
Staff and Alumni Chaperones are assigned a specific group of children to help backstage and remain with these children until they have been picked up by their parents at the end of the show
